雷珠单抗与康柏西普玻璃体腔注射治疗糖尿病黄斑水肿的效果对比

The effect of ranibizumab and conbercept on the diabetic macular edema

目的雷珠单抗与康柏西普玻璃体腔注射对糖尿病黄斑水肿患者的效果对比。方法将68例(72眼)糖尿病黄斑水肿患者作为研究对象,将患者分为2组,雷珠单抗组34例(37眼),康柏西普组34例(35眼)。分别给予雷珠单抗注射液(0.05 m L,10 mg/m L)与康柏西普眼用注射液(0.05 m L,10 mg/m L)玻璃体腔注射,每隔4周重复注射1次,连续注射3次。观察比较注射后1个月、3个月、6个月时2组患者视力及黄斑中心凹厚度的变化情况,并综合评价2组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后1个月时2组患者视力比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3个月及6个月时结果显示康柏西普组视力改善情况优于雷珠单抗组,其中6个月时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康柏西普组治疗后1个月、3个月及6个月时的CMT值均显著低于雷珠单抗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗6个月后,康柏西普组治疗有效率为88.6%,雷珠单抗组为83.8%,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雷珠单抗与康柏西普玻璃体腔注射对糖尿病黄斑水肿患者的视力和黄斑中心凹厚度均有改善,其中康柏西普眼用注射液效果的持续性可能较好。

Objective To observe the effect of intravitreal injection of Ranibizumab and Conbercept on the Best Corrected Vi- sion Acuity （BCVA） and Central Macular Thickness （CMT）in Diabetic Macular Edema （DME）. Method 68 patients with diabetes （72 eyes） treated were selected. The patients were randomly divided into two groups treated with intravitreal injection of Ranibizumab （37 eyes）or Conbercept （35 eyes）. BCVA and CMT were measured at 1,3 and 6 mon, and the clinical efficacy was assessed accordingly to the effective rate. Result Although BCVA improved in both groups after the treatment,the difference was not significant between the groups at 1 mon （P 〉 0.05 ）. At 3 and 6 mon, the improvement of BCVA in conbercept group was significantly dramatic than that of the ranibizumab group （P 〈 0.05）. CMT decreased in both groups after treatment. It was more dramatic in the combercept group at 1,3 and 6 mon than that of the ranibizumab group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. After 6 m of treatment,the effective rate was 88.6% in conbercept group and 83.8% in ranibezumab group. There was no significant difference between these results （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion It is effective for both ranibizumab and conbercept in the treatment of DME. The effects of conbercept may last longer than that of ranibizumab in the improve- ment of BCVA and CMT.
