猫眼草黄素-β-环糊精包合物的制备与初步评价

摘要 目的初步研究恒温磁力搅拌法进行猫眼草黄素-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺。方法采用L9(34)正交实验设计,以β-环糊精与猫眼草黄素的投料比、包合温度、搅拌时间为考察因素,以猫眼草黄素的包封率为考察指标,确定最佳制备工艺。采用红外光谱法和示差扫描量热法对制备的包合物进行初步评价。结果最佳包合工艺条件:猫眼草黄素与β-环糊精物质的量比为1∶7,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为4 h。红外光谱法和示差扫描量热法能确证猫眼草黄素-β-环糊精包合物的形成。结论优选的β-环糊精包合工艺简单,可操作性强。 Objective To investigate a preliminary preparation method and the evaluation for the chrysosplenetin - β - CD in- clusion compound with constant temperature magnetic stirring technology. Methods In order to determine the best preparation technolo- gy, we used L9 (34) orthogonal design method, and the β -CD with chrysosplenetin ratio, inclusion temperature, mixing time were taken as investigate examine factors, the chrysosplenetin envelopment rate was taken as Inspection index. We used infrared spectroscopy and dif- ferential scanning calorimetry were used to evaluate preliminary preparation of inclusion compound. Results The optimum inclusion con- ditions :chrysosplenetin and β -CD molar ratio of 1:7, inclusion temperature of 60 ℃, inclusion time was 4h. It was comfirmed the forma- tion of chrysosplenetin beta cyclodextrin inclusion complex by infrared spectrophotometry and differential scanning calorimetry methods. Conclusion The preferred β - CD inclusion process is simple and practical.
