摘要
梅毒"血清固定"现象是抗梅毒治疗后患者血清学试验所显示的一种特殊表现。由于梅毒螺旋体不能在人工培养基上生长,无法体外培养,使得临床对"血清固定"现象的研究一直未取得突破性进展。随着对梅毒螺旋体全基因组序列的解析和分子生物学技术新的进展,有望为进一步探讨梅毒"血清固定"现象的致病机制、抗梅毒治疗拓展新的思路。笔者认为,细胞介导免疫和体液免疫在梅毒"血清固定"致病机制中可能具有重要的免疫病理作用。
Syphilis "sero-resistance" phenomenon is a special manifestation of serological tests of patients after antisyphilis treatment. Because Treponema pallidum cannot grow on artificial media, it cannot be cultured in vitro. Therefore, the research on the "sero-resistance" phenomenon has not made a breakthrough. To date, the exact pathogenesis of "seroresistance" fails to be clarified. The deep understanding of the whole genome sequences of Treponema pallidum and the new advances in molecular biological technology might offer a new idea to further explore the pathogenic mechanisms of syphilis "sero-resistance" phenomenon and anti-syphilis treatment. This is a research hotspot as well as a difficult subject. Cell-mediated and humoral immunity may play an important role in the immune pathology of syphilis "sero-resistance".
