凹凸棒脱硫剂选择性脱除模拟油中苯并噻吩的研究

摘要 采用浸渍法制备盱眙凹凸棒黏土脱硫剂,负载硝酸铁和硝酸银活性组分。通过正交试验考察了脱硫剂制备和吸附脱除模拟油中苯并噻吩的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:硝酸铁质量分数8%,硝酸银质量分数1%,400℃下焙烧3h制备脱硫剂,在常温常压条件下,模拟油中的硫质量分数从400×10^(-6)降至平均106×10^(-6),脱硫率达到73.5%。Fe和Ag离子通过π络合作用吸附脱除苯并噻吩,但Ag离子吸附苯并噻吩能力强于Fe离子。 Attapulgite desulfurizer was prepared by impregnating technique and the transitional metal Fe series and Ag series comp.ounds were used as active components. The optimum conditions of the preparation and removal of benzothiophene in model oil for desulfurizer were obtained by orthogonal method. It was showed that 8 % Fe series compound and 1% Ag series compound as active component,roasted at 400℃ for 3 h. The mass fraction in model oil was reduced from 400 × 10^-6 to 106 × 10^-6 under normal temperature and pressure and the desulfurization rate was 73. 5%. The desulfurizer adsorbed benzothiophene as a result of π-complexation with Fe^3+ and Ag^+ , confirmed the relative strengths of π-complexation as Ag^+〉Fe^3+.
