摘要
研究了一种镂空薄壁环状ZTC4框架的熔模铸造工艺。铸件轮廓尺寸为φ345 mm×150 mm,最小壁厚为2.5mm,环面为菱形镂空结构。利用华铸CAE软件对该铸件充型过程中的温度场及缩孔、缩松分布进行了数值模拟,并根据模拟结果优化了浇注系统,进行了铸件生产,得到了质量合格的铸件。
The investment casting process for a hollow,thin-walled and circular ZTC4 framework with345mm in diameter and 150 mm in length and hollow structure was analyzed.The temperature field during metal filling and solidification process and the distribution of shrinkage porosities in the framework were simulated by Huazhu CAE software.According to the simulated results,gating system was optimized,and a qualified framework was produced.
