稀土Y对漂珠/AZ91D复合材料组织和力学性能的影响

摘要 为了弥补AZ91D镁合金结构件强度和硬度不足等缺点,以AZ91D合金为基体,添加漂珠和稀土Y,制备出新型的漂珠/AZ91D复合材料。利用光学显微镜、X射线衍射仪、维氏硬度计、压缩试验机,研究了稀土Y对复合材料组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在复合材料中添加稀土Y后,显微组织得到明显细化,同时Mg2Si相由网状变成块状;稀土Y和漂珠对复合材料硬度的提高都有促进作用;在漂珠/镁合金复合材料中添加适量的稀土Y可提高其抗压强度。 In order to improve strength and hardness of the magnesium alloy structural parts,through taking AZ91 Dalloy as the matrix,adding fly-ash cenosphere(FAC)and rare earth Y,a new FAC/magnesium alloy composites was prepared.Effects of Y on microstructure and mechanical properties of FAC/AZ91 Dcomposites prepared were investigated by means of optical microscope,XRD,Vickers hardness testing and compressive testing.The results show that the microstructure is refined obviously with Y addition,and the Mg2 Si phase is transformed from network structure to bulky one.Addition of Y and FAC can improve hardness of the composite.In addition,Addition of Y can increase the compressive strength of FAC/AZ91 Dcomposites.
