摘要
采用粉末冶金技术制备了Mo-WC-Co合金,利用金相显微镜、XRD、SEM和EDS等手段分析了Al_2O_3添加量对合金组织的影响,并研究Al_2O_3含量对合金硬度及耐磨性的影响。研究表明,Mo-WC-Co合金的晶粒度和孔隙率随着Al_2O_3含量的增加逐渐减小;当Al_2O_3含量为0.2%时合金烧结致密度最高;Al_2O_3含量超过0.2%时合金的硬度趋于平稳但耐磨性下降。
Mo-WC-Co alloy was prepared by powder melullurgy method.Effects of Al2O3 content on microstructure,hardness and wear-resistance of the alloy were investigated by OM,XRD,SEM and EDS.The results reveal that grain size and porosities of the Mo-WC-Co alloy are reduced with increasing in Al2O3 content.The relative density of the alloy with 0.2% Al2O3 content reaches the maximum value.With Al2O3 content more than 0.2%,hardness of the alloy keeps stable while the wear-resistance is declined.
