稀土对Al-Fe合金相组成及粉化的影响 被引量:4

Effect of Rare Earth(La-Ce)on Phase Composition and Pulverization of Al-Fe Alloy

摘要 采用真空电弧炉制备了稀土Al-Fe合金,借助扫描电镜、能谱和XRD对合金的组织、结构及粉化机理进行分析。结果表明,Al-Fe合金由FeAl2、FeAl3和Fe2Al5等3种相组成,而稀土铝铁合金则由FeAl3、Fe2Al5和RE-Al-Fe相组成,并且RE-Al-Fe相含量随着稀土含量的增大而增多。稀土的加入,使得合金中的晶粒得到细化,组织更加致密,粉化时间得到有效的延迟。 Al-Fe alloy was prepared by vacuum arc furnace.The microstructure,composition and pulverization mechanism of Al-Fe alloy were observed by SEM(scanning electron microscopy),EDS(energy dispersive spectrometer)and XRD.XRD results show that the Al-Fe alloys consist of FeAl_2、FeAl_3and Fe_2Al_5.However,the RE-Al-Fe alloy is composed of the FeAl3、Fe_2Al_5and a small amount of the REAl-Fe phase.And content of the RE-Al-Fe phase in alloys is increased with increasing in rare earth content.The results also show that the pulverization of alloy is extended effectively as a result of grain refinement and more compact microstructure with increasing in RE content in the Al-Fe alloy.
