摘要
沈阳国际金融中心1A楼不规则托柱转换超高层建筑采用框架-剪力墙结构,基于超限情况及概念设计,设定结构抗震性能目标。对结构进行弹性与弹塑性计算分析,并提出性能化补算方法,采取比规范更严格的抗震措施,加强结构薄弱部位。分析结果表明,结构达到了预期抗震性能目标及规范要求。
The IA building of Shenyang International Financial Center is a super-tall building with irregular column-supporting conversion structure and it adopts the frame-shear wall structure. The structural seismic performance objectives were set based on out-of-code conditions and conceptual design. Elastic and elastic-plastic calculation and analysis were carried out on the structure and the performance-based compensation method was put forward. Seismic measures that were more stringent than the standard requirements were taken to strengthen the weak parts of the structure. The results show that the structure achieves the expected seismic performance objectives and specification requirements.
