摘要
本文以贵州省三都水族自治县为例,试图通过对个案的深度剖析,揭示民族地区基础教育在发展过程中存在的问题。笔者认为,要促进城乡基础教育的协调发展,必须进一步强化政府优先发展教育的社会责任,在此基础上,建立和完善地方基础教育财政投入差别机制,同时还要辩证地对待民族地区基础教育的特殊性,进一步解决好学校教育与社会发展协调性等问题。
Taking Sandu Shui Autonomous County of Guizhou Province as an example, this paper attempts to discuss the problems in the development of elementary education in ethnic regions through an indepth analysis. The writer holds that in order to promote the coordinated development of elementary education in urban and rural areas, the government should further enhance its social responsibility to give priority to education development, and on this basis, the financial input differential mechanism of elementary education should be set up and optimized. At the same time, the characteristics of elementary education in ethnic regions should be treated in a dialectical way so as to deal with the coordination problem between school education and social development.
