基于物质流对艾萨炼铜工艺能耗的影响分析 被引量:4

摘要 以某艾萨炼铜企业生产流程为依据,建立了艾萨富氧熔池熔炼铜的基准物质流过程,依据企业的实际生产数据,分别建立该企业的实际物质流模型与基准物质流模型,从而能够分析出在实际生产中偏离基准物质流模型的含铜物料对吨铜生产综合能耗的影响.研究分析得出:在文中所研究的该艾萨炼铜企业的吹炼工序拥有最大节能潜力,对其进行节能优化改造能够获得较大收益.另外,在铜冶炼生产流程中,通过增大外加物质流量、降低冶炼系统内部的循环物质流量以及减少系统中的排放物质流量,能够降低铜冶炼企业的吨铜综合能耗.在生产中,以上三种物质流变化的情况越是发生在靠后的工序中,对生产吨铜综合能耗的影响越大. The Standard Material Flow( SMF) process of the copper in the copper smelting process of the oxygen enriched melting pool is established based on the production process of a copper ISA smelt enterprise. According to the actual production data,the Practical Material Flow Diagram( PMFD) and the Standard Material Flow Diagram( SMFD) of the enterprise's production are drawn respectively. The influence on the energy consumption of copper production per ton when the material flow deviates from the standard material flow diagram is then analyzed. From the view of material flow and operation process,the converting process in this ISA copper enterprises has the largest potential for energy saving,and an energy optimization transformation for this converting process can get a larger income. Besides,it can be known that the increase of external material flow,and decrease of the circle material flow and discharge material flow can reduce the energy consumption of copper smelting. Furthermore,the influence is greater when the three kinds of material flow occur in the latter part of the process.
