摘要
隐性知识共享行为高度依赖于个体之间的互动关系,以往的研究重点关注了组织层面因素对隐性知识共享行为的影响,而对个体间私人关系的影响很少提及.本文旨在揭示私人关系对组织氛围影响隐性知识共享行为的作用.研究以数据样本采集为基础,运用HLM方法进行跨层次分析,从组织和个体两个层面探究了隐性知识共享行为的促发机制.分析结果表明,私人关系是决定隐性知识共享行为差异的主要原因,同时组织氛围也会影响隐性知识共享行为;研究还揭示了组织氛围、私人关系不同特征变量之间的交互作用影响隐性知识共享行为的机制.
Tacit knowledge sharing relies heavily on direct contact and the observationof other people's behaviors.Most previous studies have centered on the effect of organizational factors on tacit knowledge sharing,while few have been concerned with the effect of individual relationship. The two-level hierarchicallinear model is used to analyze the effects of organization climate and individual relationship on tacit knowledge sharing. The results show that 74. 26% of the tacit knowledge sharing comes fromindividual relationship,and 25. 74% comes from organization climate. The effect mechanism of interaction relationship of different factors of organization climate and individual relationship on tacit knowledge sharing is also disclosed.
