三参二仁颗粒配合西药治疗症状性房性期前收缩疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Granule with western medicine on symptomatic atrial premature beat

目的:观察三参二仁颗粒治疗症状性房性期前收缩(APB)的临床疗效。方法:收集APB患者80例,随机分为两组,对照组给予倍他乐克缓释片;治疗组在对照组的基础上加服三参二仁颗粒,疗程4周。观察治疗前后24 h动态心电图检测APB总数和心肌总缺血负荷,并进行中医临床症状疗效和APB疗效判定。结果:治疗组39例中显效25例,有效13例,无效1例,显效率64.1%,总有效率97.0%;对照组41例中显效25例,有效10例,无效6例,显效率60.9%,总有效率85.4%。两组患者治疗前后中医临床症状、心肌总缺血负荷比较均有统计学意义。结论:三参二仁颗粒配合西药治疗APB,能显著改善心肌总缺血负荷,改善患者临床症状。

Ojective： To observe the clinical effect of Sanshen Erren granule on the symptomatic atrial prema- ture beat（APB）. Methods： 80 cases of patients with symptomatic APB were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was administered 47.5rag Metoprolol Succinate Sustained-release Tablets, once per day;while the treatment group was administered Sanshen Erren granule for oral use on the basis of control group, oral 9g each time ,3 times a day. The course of treatment was for 4 weeks. Before and after treatment, the to- tal number of APB andthe total burden of myocardial ischemia were detected by 24h dynamic electrocardiogram, and the effects of clinical symptoms of TCM and APB were evaluated. Results： In 39 cases of treatment group,25 cases were obviously effective, 13 cases effective, 1 case ineffective, the significant efficiency rate was 64. 1%, the total effective rate 97.0%. In 4l cases of control group, 25 cases were obviously effective, 10 cases effective,6 ca- ses ineffective, the significant efficiency rates was 60. 9%, the total effective rate 85.4%. In both groups, the clinical symptoms of TCM and the total burden of myocardial ischemia of patients before and after treatment had statistical significance. Conlusion ： Sanshen Erren granule combined with western medicine for treating APB can sig- nificantly improve the total burden of myocardial ischemia and the clinical symptoms of patients.
