摘要 抑郁症是一种常见的心理、精神障碍,本病具有反复发作,治疗难度大,疗效差等迫切的现实问题。其根源在于医学对本病认识有限及本病发生学方面的异质性大。通过总结近年来的相关文献发现:抑郁症的发生及其维持的重要病理学基础为神经重构,包括关键脑区的组织细胞学改变、突触超微结构改变、神经细胞基因及蛋白表达异常等持续改变,影响到神经信息的正常处理,导致抑郁的发生并成为抑郁得以维持的生物学基础。因此重视预防,个体化治疗,逆转神经重构可能为本病防治的关键策略。 Depression is a common mental and psychiatry disorder. Depression is easy to recur and hard to cure.These urgent problems origin from the limited understanding of this disease and the big heteroge-neity in its genology. Generalized from recent relative papers we discovered that the important onset and sus-taining basis of depression is neuroremodeling,which includes the persistent changes of histocytology,ultra-structure of synapse and abnormal expressions of gene and protein of neurons in key brain regions,and so on. These changes affect the correct dealing on the neural message which lead to depression and become the sus-taining biological basis. Therefore the key strategies to prevent and cure depression lie on preventing,individ-ual therapy and reversing neuroremodeling.
