Humanism, Benefit of Operation and Governance:The Construction Strategies of Funeral Service System in China

传统殡葬活动被认为是一种社会制度。在社会转型期,如何构建现代殡葬服务制度成为亟需解决的重大社会问题。本文采用文献研究方法,从制度社会学的角度,分析了我国殡葬服务制度面临的行业暴利、文化萎缩、公墓资源枯竭、居丧者缺乏情感慰藉等一系列矛盾,提出以人本主义、营益理念和治理的思维为策略,建立体系完备、结构合理、功能齐全的现代殡葬服务制度。

Traditional funeral activity is regarded as a kind of social system. During the social transformation period, it is a significant problem how to construct the modern funeral service system. And in line with the data studies and institutional sociology, the paper analyzes the funeral contradictions, including excessive profit of industry, culture shrinking, burial ground resources exhaustion, shortage of consoling for dependents. Particularly, in order to establish modern funeral service system with fine mechanism, structure and function, the reasonable proposals are the policies of humanism, benefit of operation and governance.
