摘要
为研究生产装配以及施工过程中横向钢阻尼装置设计间隙大小对阻尼性能的影响,利用非线性有限元分析软件Abaqus对横向钢阻尼装置不同间隙值下竖、横向的阻尼性能进行了模拟计算。计算结果表明:在计算间隙范围内,横向钢阻尼装置的横向阻尼性能受竖向和横向间隙变化影响较小,等效阻尼比约减小6.5%;竖向阻尼性能受竖向间隙影响较横向阻尼性能更为显著,约减小12.1%,在装配和安装的过程中要重点控制竖向间隙值。
The objective of this research is to study the influence of the design clearance on the performance of transverse steel damper device(TSDD) during production,assembly and construction.The damper performance of TSDD was simulative calculated with non-linear finite element software Abaqus,with consideration of different clearances.The results showthat the longitudinal and transverse clearances changes have little effect on transverse damping performance,and the equivalent damping ratio decreases about 6.5%,while the clearance is within the calculated clearance.The longitudinal damping performance is more significantly affected by the longitudinal clearance than the transverse damping performance and the decrease of the former is about 12.1%.Thus,the longitudinal clearance shall be controlled during assembly and installation.
