摘要
燃气轮机的控制中,稳定燃烧控制是最核心、难度最大技术课题,要实现燃气轮机燃烧的稳定控制,快速、准确的燃烧数据处理是前提。论文基于F级燃气轮机燃烧器的运行特点和运行方式,对其提出针对性的燃烧状态测量方法,并在实现燃烧数据测量的基础上,兼顾燃烧控制策略的需求,对燃烧数据进行后期处理、分析,最终完成样机的产出。
Combustion stabilization control is the core and difficult portion of gas turbine control,combustion data processing should be quick and accurate in order to realize it. This paper proposes the combustion status processing scheme for the combustor of F type gas turbine to adapt to its operation characteristic. The processing scheme includes data acquisition and FFT processing, and the then prototype basing on this scheme is manufactured.
