摘要
甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯为主要单体,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷(A-151)和八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,预乳化半连续乳液合成法制备性能稳定的硅丙乳液。优化结果表明:MAA/St配比2∶1、A-151/D4配比1∶1;以占丙烯酸单体总质量计算用量,有机硅15%、引发剂0.5%、乳化剂3%、电解质0.5%时,乳液稳定性能高,漆膜吸水率4.28%,附着力0级,其性能满足GB/T 20623-2006《建筑涂料用乳液》的要求。傅里叶红外光谱对树脂表征有机硅成功接枝到丙烯酸树脂分子上。
Using methyl methacrylate, styrene and butyl acrylate as main monomers, acrylic resin was modified with vinyltriethoxysilane and octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane,and silicone acrylate emulsion with stable performance was prepared by pre-emulsification semi-continuous emulsion synthesis method. Single factor optimization results show that when MAA/St ratio is 2:1, A-15 1/D4 ratio is 1:1, silicone dosage is 15%, initiating agent dosage is 0.5% and emulsifier dosage is 3%, electrolyte dosage is 0.5%, the stability of prepared emulsion is high, the water absorption rate of film is 4.28%, adhesion is level 0, its performance can meet the GB / T 20623-2006. The characterization of the film by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy showed that the organic silicon was successfully grafted onto the acrylic resin.
