普通回收塑料表面化学镀镍工艺的研究

摘要 实验研究了回收塑料表面化学镀镍的工艺方法及操作条件,探索了不同的实验条件,包括温度、pH值,主盐浓度、络合剂配比等,对镀层质量的影响。确定了镀镍的最佳操作方法、工艺流程和控制条件。实验结果表明,经过除油、粗化、敏化及活化等预处理的回收塑料表面,镀镍温度为50℃,pH值为7.0,施镀时间为120 min时,可以得到比较好的金属镍镀层。 Process method and operation conditions of electroless nickel plating on surface of ordinary recycled plastics plastic films were studied, the influence of various factors on the coating quality was investigated, including temperature, pH, reaction time and the main salt concentration, etc., and the best operation method of nickel plating and control conditions were determined. The experimental results show that, after degreasing, roughening, sensitization and activation pretreatment of recycled plastic surface, under the conditions of temperature of 50 ℃, PH value of 7.0, plating time of 120 rain, better coating can be obtained by the process.
