新型环氧树脂快速固化绝缘密封材料制备研究 被引量:1

摘要 变压器等油浸电力设备在实际的工作运行下,长期受到高温、机械振动等因素的影响,易于发生绝缘油泄露,严重影响电力设备的绝缘性能。本文通过向环氧树脂中添加适量的无机填料,制备出了一种适用于修复油浸设备密封性的新型堵漏材料,同时模拟油浸设备的实际的运行温度,分析了堵漏材料在现场施工时的气密性。实验结果表明,该新型堵漏材料具有快速修复油浸电力设备密封性的能力,对于降低电网检修成本、保障电网安全运行,具有重要价值。 Insulating oil leakage of transformer and other oil-immersed electrical equipments easily happens because of the influence of high temperature, mechanical vibration and other factors during long-time run, which will seriously affect the insulation perfornlance of electrical equipments. In this paper, a new type of sealing material for sealing the oil-immersed equipment was prepared by adding a proper amount of inorganic filler into the epoxy resin, and the change regulation of gas-tightness of using the sealing material in site construction was analyzed. The test results show that the sealing material has the ability to quickly repair oil-immersed power equipment sealing, and can keep good sealing effect for a long time, which is of great value for reducing the maintenance cost and ensuring the safe operation of power network.
