摘要
针对北方后墙体日光温室智能化建设需要,提出了4层架构体系,并设计开发了温室环境远程监测系统。该方案有别于现有架构的设计思路,采用4层架构,包括底层传感网络层、数据传输汇聚层、综合服务层和顶层监控应用层。ZigBee无线数据采集终端和路由器节点构成底层传感网络层;由NI公司LabVIEW软件开发的监测软件和协调器构成数据传输汇聚层;服务器综合监控平台构成综合服务层;通过互联网进行远程访问的电脑客户端和手机移动客户端构成监控应用层。温室环境远程测控系统实现了对温室环境信息(空气温度、空气湿度、光照强度等)的数据采集和控制,并可通过电脑客户端和手机移动客户端实现生产基地的远程管理。测试结果表明,该系统运行稳定,适合于北方后墙体日光温室的信息化、智能化和集约化建设需要,具有示范推广应用价值。
According to the requirement of building intelligent heliogreenhouses of rear walls m normern China, a 4-layer framework system is put forward and the remote monitoring system of the greenhouse environment is developed. The scheme different from the existing design ideas adopts the 4-layer framework including a basal sensor network layer, a data transmission convergence layer, an integrated service layer and a top layer of monitoring and application. The basal layer consists of ZigBee wireless data acquisition terminal and router nodes, the data transmission convergence layer includes the monitoring software and coordinator developed via the NI LabVIEW software, the integrated service layer is a comprehensive monitoring platform of server, and both computer clients and mobile clients making remote access through the intemet comprise the monitoring and application layer. The remote monitoring system realizes the data acquisition and control of greenhouses' environmental parameters such as air temperature and humidity and light intensity and the remote management of production base through computer clients and mobile clients. The experimental result showed the system runs stably,is suitable for intelligent and intensive heliogreenhouses and so has a certain value of application and extension in northern China.
