亚致死浓度甲氧虫酰肼对甜菜夜蛾蛋白质和糖类含量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了亚致死浓度甲氧虫酰肼对甜菜夜蛾幼虫血淋巴蛋白质和糖类含量的影响,结果表明:甲氧虫酰肼处理甜菜夜蛾幼虫72 h后,能显著提高血淋巴中的蛋白质含量,并且随着处理浓度的增加而升高,LC_(40)处理组蛋白含量最高为6.74 mg/mL。此外亚致死浓度甲氧虫酰肼处理后对甜菜夜蛾还存在一定的后续影响,4龄时,LC_(10)、LC_(20)和LC_(30)处理组的蛋白质浓度显著高于对照组,而LC_(40)处理组的蛋白质浓度在各处理组中最低为7.61 mg/mL。血淋巴SDS-PAGE分析也表明,LC_(10)、LC_(20)和LC_(30)处理组几条主要蛋白条带含量要明显高于对照组。5龄时LC_(10)、LC_(20)处理组的蛋白含量要显著低于LC_(30)、LC_(40)处理组和对照组。SDS-PAGE分析结果表明,5龄血淋巴中最主要蛋白条带(85.1KD)含量在LC_(10)、LC_(20)处理组中要明显低于对照组和其他处理组。对甜菜夜蛾幼虫血淋巴中总糖含量测定结果表明,亚致死浓度的甲氧虫酰肼对甜菜夜蛾幼虫血淋巴中总糖含量的升高具有促进作用。杀虫剂处理72 h后,各处理组的总糖含量要显著高于对照组。甲氧虫酰肼处理结束后,对甜菜夜蛾幼虫后续不同发育阶段的总糖含量也有一定持续影响,如4龄和5龄各处理组的糖含量都明显高于对照组。 d After treated with sublethal concentration of methoxyfenozide, the total protein and carbohydrate contents in Spodoptera exigua larval haemolymph were analyzed. Treated with methoxyfenozide for 72 hours the total protein content was raised with the increase of treatment concentration. And the protein concentration of LE40 treatment 6.74 mg/mL was the highest. Moreover, the sublethal concentration methoxyfenozide had the obvious subsequent effects for the beet armyworm. At 4 th instar, the protein concentrations of LC10, LC20 and LC30 treatment groups were higher than that of control group significantly, and the protein concentration of LC40 treatment,7.61 mg/mL, was the lowest among the treatment groups. Furthermore, the SDS-PAGE results also showed that contents of several major protein bands of LC10, LC10 and LC30treatment groups were higher than that of control group remarkably. At 5 th instar, the protein concentrations of LC10, LC20treatment groups were lower than that of control and other treatment groups significantly, and the SDS-PAGE analysis indicated that the main protein band (85. 1 KD)content of LC10, LC20treatment groups was the lowest. As to the total carbohydrate content in haemolymph,the results showed that sublethal concentration methoxyfenozide had the positive effects on the increase of total carbohydrate in larva haemolymph. After being treated with methoxyfenozide for 72 hours,the total carbohydrate contents of all treatment groups were higher than that of control. And the subsequent effects were the same, at 4 th and 5 th instar, the total carbohydrate concentrations of all treatment groups were higher than that of control remarkably.
