摘要
研究了翅静脉分别注射0.5 mg/kg.BW呕吐毒素(Deoxynivalenol,DON)、伏马毒素B_1(Fumonisin B_1,FB_1)、赭曲霉毒素A(Ochratoxin A,OTA)、玉米赤霉烯酮(Zearalenone,ZEN)毒素纯品对蛋鸡生产性能、血常规及血液生化指标的影响。结果表明:毒素处理组产蛋率均显著下降,软破壳蛋率均显著升高,DON、OTA和ZEN组采食量显著降低。血常规指标中,毒素处理组PLT较对照均显著降低,其中ZEN组尤为明显;FB_1组WBC、LY、MO和GR较对照显著升高,而其他处理组无显著变化。血清生化指标中,4种毒素分别导致蛋鸡ALP和GLUC指标较对照显著降低,而ALT、AST和TBIL则显著升高。可见,翅静脉注射DON、FB_1、OTA和ZEN毒素均可使蛋鸡生产性能下降,血小板数目减少,对肝脏、肾脏功能造成一定程度损伤,其中ZEN对蛋鸡生产性能、凝血系统以及肝脏、肾脏功能的危害最为严重。
l'he effects of injecting the same dose (0.5 mg/kg. BW)of DON, FB1, OTA and ZEN pure toxin respectively by wing vein on the growth performance, blood routine indices and serum biochemical indices of laying hens were studied. The results showed that laying rates of all toxin treatment groups decreased significantly, the broken and soft shell egg ratios increased significantly, and feed intake reduced significantly in DON, OTA and ZEN groups. In blood routine indices, compared with the control, PLT of toxin treatment groups reduced significantly, especially in ZEN group; WBC, LY, MO and GR of FB1 treatment group increased significantly, while there was no significant change in other treatment groups. In serum biochemical indices, ALP and GLUC of toxin treatment groups were significantly lower than those of the control, but ALT, AST and TBIL were significantly higher than those of the control. So ,the wing vein injection of DON, FB1 , OTA and ZEN toxin could reduce the growth performance of layers and PLT, and damage the liver and kidney function to a certain extent, and ZEN was the most serious treatment.
