摘要
综述了近年来甜瓜(Cucumis melo L.)在盐碱逆境胁迫下的生理指标变化规律以及相关基因的研究进展,主要包括渗透调节类物质及相关基因、逆境胁迫蛋白、转录因子等,为甜瓜抗逆性研究和生产实践提供参考。
The paper reviews recent-year advances of researching into the physiological index variations of melon （ Cucumis melo L. ） under saline stress and their related genes, mainly including osmoregulatory substances and related genes, stress proteins, transcription factors, and so on, so as to provide clues for research on melon＇ s stress resistance and melon production.
