摘要
目的:探讨川崎病(KD)患儿血浆中脑钠肽(BNP)、N-末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平与冠状动脉损伤之间的关系,阐述其在川崎病冠状动脉损伤中的诊断价值。方法选取72例 KD 患儿为研究对象,分为冠状动脉损伤组和非冠状动脉损伤组。采用胶体金法检测血浆中 NT-proBNP 水平,酶联免疫法检测血浆中 BNP 的水平。结果冠状动脉损伤组14例,急性期有12例(85.7%)血浆 NT-proBNP 值高于正常,3例(21.4%)血浆 BNP值高于正常,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。冠状动脉损伤组急性期、恢复期血浆 NT-proBNP 水平均明显高于非冠状动脉损伤组(P <0.05)。冠状动脉损伤组急性期、恢复期血浆 BNP 水平与非冠状动脉损伤组相比,差异未见统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论血浆 NT-proBNP 异常增高较 BNP 对提示 KD 冠状动脉病变有一定意义。
Objective To investigate the plasma levels of BNP and NT-proBNP in children with Kawasaki disease( KD ) and study theassociation of these markers with coronary artery damage. Methods Seventy KD patients were divided into coronary artery injury group and non-coronary artery in-jury group. The plasma levels of BNP and NT-proBNP were detected with colloidal gold and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay respectively. Results There were 14 cases of coronary artery injury,plasma NT-proBNP at acutephase was higher in 12 cases(85. 7% ),and plasma BNP values were higher in 3 cases(21. 4% ),there were significant differences(P 〈 0. 05). In coronary artery injury group,NT-proBNP levels were significantly higher in acute and recovery phases in coronary artery injury group than those in non-coronary artery injury group(P 〈 0. 05). Compared with non-coronary artery injury group, the BNP levels were not significantly changed in acute and recovery phases in coronary artery injury group. Conclusions Compared with BNP,abnormal increase of plasma NT-proBNP indicates the devel-opment of coronaryartery injury in KD patients.
