血站血液检验实验室的质量控制及管理探讨 被引量:3

Quality control and management of blood test laboratory at blood station

摘要 目的:探讨质量控制及管理在血站血液检验室的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月至2014年12月加强质量控制与管理的资料,共取血样1000份,与2013年1月至2013年12月常规管理的1000份血样资料进行对比。结果管理后1000份血检中,标本质量不合格3份,结果异常4份。管理前标本质量不合格16份,结果异常15份,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对血站血液检验实验室日常工作,加强质量控制及管理,对保障标本质量,减少结果异常意义重大,对保障预后意义显著。 Objective To investigate the application effect of quality control and management on blood checkout room at blood station. Methods The data of strengthening quality control and manage-ment of blood test lab at blood station from January 2014 to December 2014 were selected. A total of 1 000 blood samples were selected. They were compared with data of 1 000 blood samples of convention management from January 2013 to December 2013. Results After management,among the 1 000 blood tests,there were 3 copies of disqualified specimens and 4 copies of abnormal results. There were 16 cop-ies of disqualified specimens and 15 copies of abnormal results before management. There were significant differences(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusions For daily work of blood test lab at blood stations,it has great sig-nificance in ensuring quality of specimens and reducing abnormal results that strengthening the quality control and management. It has outstanding significance for safeguard prognosis.
