麻杏石甘汤合苏葶丸治疗小儿热性哮喘临床观察

Clinical observation of Maxingshigan decoction combined with Suting pills on febrile asthma children

目的：观察麻杏石甘汤合苏葶丸治疗小儿热性哮喘的临床疗效。方法随机双盲法将100例热性哮喘患儿分为两组，每组50例，对照组采取常规西医治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加以麻杏石甘汤合苏葶丸治疗，比较两组临床疗效、不良反应、治疗前后症候体征积分及肺功能指标。结果观察组总有效率为96.0％，显著高于对照组（82.0％），P ＜0.05）。两组治疗后咳嗽、喘息、痰鸣及哮鸣音积分比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积、肺活量分别为（2.95±0.55）L、（3.45±0.70）L，显著高于对照组[（2.08±0.37）L、（2.73±0.67）L]，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。两组不良反应发生率比较差异未见统计学意义（P ＞0.05）。结论麻杏石甘汤合苏葶丸治疗小儿热性哮喘疗效明确，安全性高，能明显改善患儿临床症状及体征，促进其肺功能恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Maxingshigan decoction com-bined with Suting pills on febrile asthma children. Methods According to the random double blind method,100 children with febrile asthma were divided into the two groups,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine western medicine,the observation group was treated with Max-ingshigan decoction combined with Suting pills based on the control group. The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,the scores of symptoms and signs and the pulmonary function indexes before and after the treat-ment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group （96. 0% ）was significantly higher than that of the control group（82. 0% ）（P 〈 0. 05）. After treatment, the differences in integrals of coughing,wheezing,gurgling with sputum and wheezing sound were signifi-cant（P 〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,FEV1（2. 95 ±0. 55）L and FVC（3. 45 ±0. 70）L of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group[（2. 08 ± 0. 37）L and（2. 73 ± 0. 67）L] （P 〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusions The curative effect of Maxingshigan decoction combined with Suting pills on febrile asthma in children is definite,with high safety. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients and promote the recovery of the lung function.
