捏脊疗法联合点穴治疗脾胃虚弱证小儿厌食症临床效果观察

Clinical effect of chiropractic therapy combined with acupuncture treatment on weakness of spleen and stomach pediatric anorexia

目的：研究捏脊疗法联合点穴疗法在脾胃虚弱证小儿厌食症治疗中的应用效果。方法选择厌食症患儿60例，分为脾胃气虚组、阴虚组，每组30例。两组患儿均给予捏脊点穴治疗。统计对比治疗后两组患儿的症状、症候改善情况。结果两组疾病治疗有效率均大于90％，差异未见统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；治疗后两组患儿的主症、兼症积分明显优于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05），组间比较差异未见统计学意义（P ＞0.05）；两组各项症状与治疗前相比均明显改善，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论捏脊疗法联合点穴治疗脾胃虚弱证患儿厌食症治疗效果显著，能明显改善患儿症状和中医证候，且操作手法简单易学，安全有效，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the effect of chiropractic therapy combined with acupunc-ture therapy on weakness of spleen and stomach infantile anorexia. Methods The children with anorexia were selected. They were divided into groups：spleen and stomach qi deficiency and yin deficiency group,with 30 cases in each group. The two groups were given chiropractic therapy combined with acu-puncture therapy. The symptoms of children and symptom improvement of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of the two groups were more than 90% ,the difference was not significant （P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment,the main disease and disease scores were significantly better than those be-fore treatment,and the differences were significant（P 〈 0. 05）,but there was no significant difference between the two groups（P 〉 0. 05）. The symptoms of the two groups had significant improvement after treatment,the differences were significant（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Chiropractic therapy combined with acupuncture treatment has remarkable effect on weakness of spleen and stomach in children with an-orexia. It can significantly improve symptoms and syndromes in children,and the operation technique is easy to learn. It is safe,effective and worthy of promotion.
