摘要 【目的】研究枸杞休眠枝条的抗寒性,为枸杞栽培奠定基础。【方法】以黑果枸杞和宁夏枸杞为试材,选取1a生休眠枝条分别在-15(CK)、-18、-21、-24、-27、-30、-33、-36、-39、-42、-45和-48℃下进行人工低温处理。测定枝条的相对电解质渗出率、丙二醛(MDA)、脯氨酸(Pro)、可溶性糖含量和枝条恢复生长率,并拟合Logistic曲线方程,计算临界半致死温度(LT50)。【结果】相对电解质渗出率和脯氨酸含量与枸杞一年生枝条的抗寒性相关显著,其次为可溶性糖和MDA含量,结合恢复生长率,可以直观、准确的反映枸杞的抗寒能力;两品种枸杞枝条的半致死温度在-26^-35℃,均达到显著水平。【结论】两品种枸杞枝条的半致死温度与抗寒性关系依次为:电解质渗出率>脯氨酸>可溶性糖>MDA。黑杞1号半致死温度在-29^-35℃,宁杞7号在-26^-33℃,黑杞1号的抗寒性强于宁杞7号。 [ Objective ] The present study undertaken is to understand the cold resistance of Chinese wolfberry dormant branches and to lay the foundation for its cultivation. [ Method ] Using the Lycium rutheni- cum and Lycium barbarum as test materials, the 1 a dormant branches were treated at an artificial low tempera- ture treatment of - 15℃ (CK) 18℃, -21℃ -24℃, -27℃, -30℃, -33℃, -36℃, -39%, - 42℃, - 45℃, and - 48℃, respectively. And the relative electrolyte leakage rate, malondialdehyde ( MDA), proline ( Pro), soluble sugar content and shoot growth rate were determined, and the critical semi lethal temperature (LTso) was calculated by fitting the Logistic curve equation. [ Result ] The cold resistance of Chinese wolfberry annum branches was significantly associated with the elative electrolyte leakage rate and the proline content, and secondly was associated with the contents of soluble sugar and MDA. The recovery per- centage could directly and accurately reflect the cold resistance; the semi lethal temperatures of two varieties of Chinese wolfberry branches were - 26 - - 35 ℃, both reached the significant level. [ Conclusion ] The rela- tionship between the LTs0 and the cold resistance of two Chinese wolfberry species were in turn : the electrolyte leakage rate 〉 Pro 〉 soluble sugar 〉 MDA. The LT50 of Lycium chincnse Heiqi 1 was in the range of - 29 - -35℃, and the LT50 of Lycium chincnse Ningqi 7 was in the range of -26 - -33℃. The cold resist- ance of Lycium chincnse Heiqi 1 was stronger than the cold resistance of Lycium chincnse Ningqi 7.
