摘要
【目的】研究4种典型草原植物冷蒿(Artemisia frigida)、针茅(Stipa capillata)、羊茅(Festuca ovina)和短柱苔草(Carex turkestanica)的叶片干重与叶片面积之间的关系,找到快速测定草原植物叶面积的方法,为大范围遥感监测及估产提供理论依据。【方法】以天山北坡中段山地草原4种典型植物为材料,以叶片干重和叶片面积作为测量指标,建立4种植物叶片干重与叶片面积的回归方程。【结果】冷蒿的回归方程为:Y=0.00849 X+0.002 7(R2=0.880 81);针茅为:Y=0.007 03 X+0.004 38(R2=0.750 14);羊茅为Y=0.015 38 X-0.001 25(R2=0.677 27);短柱苔草为:Y=0.007 05 X+0.008 895(R2=0.498 58)(P<0.01)。【结论】4种植物的回归方程对叶面积的预测准确性表现为冷蒿>针茅>羊茅>短柱苔草。可通过叶干重与叶面积建立回归方程并且为4种典型草原植物的叶面积测定提供科学参考。
[ Objective ] In order to find a method for quick and easy determination of the grassland plant leaf area and provide a theoretical basis for a wide range of remote monitoring and yield estimation, the four kinds of typical steppe plant Artemisiafrigida, Stipa capillata, Festuca ovina and Carex turkestanica were stud- ied to find out the relationship between leaf dry weight and leaf area. [ Method ] 4 kinds of typical plants on the northern slope of the middle part grassland of Tianshan Mountains were taken as the testing materials, leaf dry weight and leaf area as the measurement index to establish the regression equation between them. dry weight and leaf area as the determination index. [ Result ] The regression equations of Artemisia frigida was Y = 0. 008,49 X + 0. 002,7 (R^2 = 0. 880,81 ) ; Stipa capillata : Y = 0. 007,03 X + 0. 004,38 ( R^2 = 0. 750,14) ; Festuca ovina: Y=0. 015,38 X-0. 001,25 (R2 =0. 677,27) ; Carex turkestanica: Y=0. 007,05 X +0. 008, 895 (R2 = 0.498,58) ( P 〈 0.01 ). [ Conclusion] The accuracy of the four typical steppe plants'regression e- quations showed that Artemisia fiigida 〉 Stipa capillata 〉 Festuca ovina 〉 Carex turkestanica. The study can provide a scientific reference for measuring four typical steppe plants'leaf area by establishing regression equa- tion which was established through leaf dry weight and leaf area.
