摘要
系统工程是在常规工程基础上发展起来的一种工程类型。其主要特征是构成要素多、结构复杂、功能多样、整体性高等。系统工程方法是指研究和处理系统工程的方法论体系,具有整体性、综合性、层次性、结构性、功能性、环境性、程序性、定量性、最优性、可控性、目标性、普适性等特征。把握系统工程方法的基本原则有利于更好地处理各种工程和非工程问题,保证社会主义现代化建设的成功。
Systems engineering is a kind of engineering types which is developed from conventional engineering. Systems engineering is mainly featured by more elements, complex construction and function- al diversity among others. Systems engineering approach refers to a methodological system of studying and solving systems engineering, and it possesses many characteristics such as integrity, comprehensiveness, hierarchy, design-ability, functionality, environ mentality, procedural feature, quantitative feature, optimality, controllability and being goal-oriented. Master systems engineering approach can help us understand and deal with various engineering and non-engineering issues better, and it is a guarantee for the success of the socialist modernization.
