"科技生产力"概念是为了说明科学技术对于生产力发展的巨大作用,是科学技术是第一生产力的简略地形象表达。科学技术作为生产力的重要因素还不是独立的生产力形态,它只有与生产力的基本要素协同作用才能形成现实的生产力。有的学者提出"科技生产力"是一种相对独立存在的生产力,是对科技生产力概念的曲解。同时不存在与"科技生产力"相对应的"科技生产关系"。有的学者所谓的"科技生产关系",是没有正确理解生产关系的本质。套用生产力与生产关系辩证关系阐述科技生产力和科技生产关系及其规律也是错误的。

The concept of ＂productivity of science and technology＂ is to illustrate that the science and technology has the immense effect for development of productivity, ancl that is a kind of briefly image expression about the science and technology which is the first productive forces. As an important factor of productivity, science and technology is not individual productivity, which will form the realistic productivi- ty, only does it have a synergistic action in the basic elements of productivity. Some scholars put forward that ＂productivity of science and technology＂ is a kind of productivity of relatively independent existence, but that is the distortion of the concept about production relations of science and technology. At the same time,there is no ＂production relations of science and technology＂ corresponding to the ＂productivity of science and technology＂. Some scholars hold the view about ＂production relations of science and technol- ogy＂, and that is unreasonable understanding of the nature of the production relations. It is unscientific that illustration about law between ＂productivity of science and technology＂ and ＂production relations of science and technology＂ through the dialectical relationship between productivity and production rela-tions.
