网络舆情应对中知识匹配的效度影响着网络舆情的发展和变化,有效的知识匹配是政府和网民共同的需求。针对网络舆情应对中的政府知识匹配效度问题,从不同的维度进行综合评价,为政府应对网络舆情提供依据。通过对网络舆情知识匹配中效度的界定,从系统的角度分析不同主体对匹配效度的影响要素,应用可拓理论,构建网络舆情知识匹配效度的可拓模型,通过实例分析说明该模型在实际网络舆情应对中的有效性和实用性,为政府网络舆情管理水平提供有效的评价工具。网络舆情知识匹配的可拓模型不仅能反映政府应对网络舆情的有效性,而且能反映匹配中的薄弱环节和匹配中需改进的方面,为政府进一步提高匹配效度和科学的应对网络舆情提供依据。

The knowledge matching validity when dealing with IPO events will affect the development and changing of IPO events. Effective knowledge matching is the common requirement of government and Internet users. The government＇s knowledge matching validity problem in IPO handling is evaluated from different perspectives comprehensively, to provide basis for government＇s IPO events handling. Through identifying the knowledge matching validity in IPO, main factors of matching validity are analyzed systematically from different subjects.
