甲状腺恶性结节与代谢综合征组分及尿碘的相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlation of Malignant Thyroid Nodules with Metabolic Syndrome Components and Urinary Iodine

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺恶性结节与代谢综合征相关组分及尿碘的相关性。方法回顾性分析2012-08/2016-05月在作者医院因甲状腺结节行甲状腺细针穿刺活组织检查(fine needle aspiration biopsy,FNAB)的完整病例资料245例,分为恶性结节组(n=54)和良性结节组(n=191)。专人测身高、体质量、血压、空腹血糖、血脂、尿碘及甲状腺功能相关指标,并进行统计学分析。结果恶性结节组体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、空腹血糖(fasting blood glucose,FBG)、甘油三酯(serum glycerin trilaurate,TG)、促甲状腺激素(serum thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)及尿碘均显著高于良性结节组,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,甲状腺恶性结节与年龄、BMI、FBG、尿碘含量独立相关,与TSH及TG无明显相关。结论代谢综合症相关组分及尿碘含量与甲状腺恶性结节密切相关。 Objective To explore the correlation of malignant thyroid nodules with metabolic syndrome components and urinary iodine.Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyze 245 cases diagnosed with thyroid nodules and received thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsy(FNAB)from August 2012 to May 2016.A total of 245 cases were divided into malignant thyroid nodules group(n=54)and benign thyroid nodules group(n=191).A certain technician measured The height,weight,blood pressure,fasting blood glucose,serum lipid profile,urinary iodine and serum thyroid function indexs were measured by the professional technician.Results Compared with benign thyroid nodules group,levels of body mass index(BMI)(25.53±2.90 vs.22.90±2.58),fasting blood glucose(FBG),serum glycerin trilaurate(TG),serum thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)and urinary iodine were higher in the malignant thyroid nodules group(P〈0.05).In multivariate Logistic regression analysis,the age,BMI,FBG and urinary iodine were independently correlated with malignant thyroid nodule,however,TG and TSH had no significant correlation.Conclusion The metabolic syndrome components and content of urinary iodine are closely related to maligant thyroid nodules.
