摘要
目的:建立电化学法对珍菊降压片中芦丁的含量测定方法。方法:将碱法恒电位法活化的玻碳电极置于氯金酸溶液中在-0.2V条件下恒电位沉积一层纳米金,发现电极对芦丁有良好的电化学响应。结果:在最优条件下对芦丁标准溶液进行测定,当芦丁浓度在0.02~12μmol/L与DPV峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检测限为0.007μmol/L(S/N=3)。结论:该方法准确、可靠,可用于珍菊降压片中芦丁含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of rutin in Zhenjujiangya tablet by electrochemical method. Methods: Glassy carbon electrode activated by potentiostatic alkaline method was immersed into gold chloride acid solution to electro-deposite Au nanoparticles under -0.2 V, and the electrode has a good elctrochemical response signal to rutin. Results: under optimal conditions, when the concentration of rutin standard solution from 0.02-12 μmol/L, DPV peak current had good linear relationship between concentration, and the detection limit was 0.007 pLmol/L (S/N = 3). Conclusion: The method is rapid, accurate and suitable for the determination rutin in the compound Tablet.
