论网络传播中舞蹈作品著作权的保护

On the Copyright Protection of Dance Works in Internet Communication

随着"互联网+"的快速发展,舞蹈视频资源融合与共享成为一种趋势,一种必然。但是在舞蹈视频资源的网络传播过程中,还存在着诸多侵权行为。本文基于《中华人民共和国著作权法》和《信息网络传播权保护条例》对侵犯舞蹈视频作品的侵权行为进行了归类,在此基础上探讨保护舞蹈视频作品信息网络传播权的一些解决办法。

With the rapid development of Internet plus, the dance video resources blending and sharing become a trend and a necessity. But in the process of internet communication of dance videos, a lot of infringement acts have occurred. Based on the People＇ s Republic of China Copyright Law and Regulation on the Protection of the Right to Communicate Works to the Public over Information Networks, this paper sorts out above mentioned infringement acts, and discusses on solutions for protecting the right of communication of dance videos over internet.
