摘要
研究非正式群体对游泳教学效果的影响有助于教师合理方式应对课堂中出现的"小团体"现象,发挥非正式群体积极方面的作用,促进课堂学习效率的提高。本研究是将非正式群体分组练习教学模式引入游泳课堂教学中,用数理统计的方法,把实验班和对照班成绩和课堂状态进行对比分析。结果证明通过非正式分组教学的实验班课堂氛围、身体素质发展情况、考核成绩都明显优于对照班。非正式群体分组教学方式对游泳教学中所特有的难点重点突破有明显的效果,可以在一定程度上减轻和消除学生游泳学习的心理障碍。对提高班级凝聚力和激发学生学习热情有明显优势。
The study of the influence of informal groups on swimming teaching can effectively help teachers coping with the phenomenon of " small groups" in classroom, unleashing the positive role of informal groups, and promoting classroom learning efficiency. In this study, the informal group practice teaching mode was introduced into the swimming teaching. The classroom status and the results of the experimental class and the control class were compared through mathematical statistics method. The results show that the class atmosphere, the development of physical quality and the examination results of the experimental class with the informal group teaching are significantly better than the control class. The informal group teaching method has obvious effect on the difficult breakthroughs in swimming teaching, can also alleviate or eliminate the psychological barrier of swimming learning to a certain extent, improves class cohesion and stimulates students to learn enthusiasm.
