摘要 研究体育锻炼对体质弱势大学生抑郁水平及身体自尊水平的影响。方法:200名体质弱势大学生随机分成四组,男对照组(T1)、女对照组(T2)、男锻炼组(D1)、女锻炼组(D2),每组各50名。对照组正常学习和生活;锻炼组每周三次体育课,每堂课80min,持续16周。结果:(1)D1、D2组SDS标准分实验前后比较具有极显著性差异;(2)D1、D2组SES得分实验前后比较具有显著性差异。(3)锻炼组实验前后抑郁水平与自尊水平的线性回归分析具有高度相关性。结论:16周的体育锻炼能有效的降低抑郁水平;提高自尊水平;自尊水平会随着抑郁水平的降低而升高。 To study the effect of physical exercise on the level of depression and body esteem of the physical vulnerable college students. Methods : 200 students were randomly divided into four groups, the male control group ( T1 ) , the female control group ( T2 ) , the male exercise group ( D1 ) , and the female exercise group ( D2 ), 50 in each group. Control group normal school and life; exercise group three times a week, each class 80min, for 16 weeks. Results : ( 1 ) group D1 and D2 SDS points before and after the experiment compared with very significant difference; (2) group D1 and D2 SES standard points before and after the experiment compared with had significant difference. ( 3 ) the linear regression analysis of the level of depression before and after the exercise was highly correlated with the level of self-esteem. Conclusion: 16 weeks of physical exercise can effectively reduce the level of depression; improve the level of self - esteem ; the level of self - esteem will be increased with decreasing levels of depression.
