伴随"互联网+"时代的到来,快递业迎来崭新的发展契机,其存在的许多问题亦不断暴露出来。加强对快递业治安管控的对策主要有:加快推进快递行业立法工作,使监督管理工作有法可依;建立健全实名收发制度,严格收发验视;加强部门联动,创新工作模式,充分利用互联网资源;积极建立快递信息员制度,紧紧把握行业趋势和社会动态;积极培育快递行业协会组织,引导行业自律。

With the＂ Internet＋＂ era coming, express delivery industry has confronted the new opportunity of development. Meanwhile, one after another problems have been exposed. To strengthen the public order control concerning express delivery industry, we have many countermeasures： 1. speed up the legislation concerning the express delivery industry so that we have laws to draw on in supervision and management; 2. establish and perfect the mechanism of using real names to post and receive the parcels and strictly check up the parcels received and delivered; 3. reinforce cooperation with different departments, innovate working modes and make good use of Internet resources; 4. actively develop informants to have good knowledge of the industry trends and social dynamics; 5. actively help set up the association of the industry to help self-discipline.
