摘要
国Ⅴ排放标准对整车系统尤其是集成了缸内直喷发动机和湿式双离合变速箱的整车开发提出了很高的要求,该文解析了国Ⅴ排放法规对目标车型的特殊要求,基于发动机控制系统双离合变速箱控制系统的联合控制特点,从喷射模式、起步和离合器油压控制、扭矩响应控制及后处理系统开发等方面提出了控制策略和参数优化方案,最后结合排放测试数据,对控制策略进行标定试验优化,各种污染物都可以达到国Ⅴ排放限值的60%以内。
China V has stricter requirements on the vehicle development, especially the vehicle with GDI engine and wet type DCT. This paper describes the special requirements of China V on the object vehicle model. The control strategy and the parameters potimization are proposed in the aspects of the injection mode, start, the clutch oil pressure control, the torgue response control and the development of the after treatment system based on the combination of the engine control system and DCT control system. Finally, the control strategy is optimized combined with the emission test data to reach the limits of the various pollutants that meet 60% of China V emission limits.
