摘要 样车对标(Benchmarking)作为整车开发设计中的重要技术,可以为新车型的研发提供各类设计参考和数据依据。对标流程的规范化和对标数据库的建立是我国汽车行业目前所面临的重要任务。该文以规范化的对标流程为基础,重点介绍了整车静态分析、整车动态分析及整车的拆解与检测3个阶段的对标内容,并依据对标输出物建立对标数据库,为整车开发项目提供了更加高效的数据平台。 As an important technique in vehicle development and design, benchmarking can provide various design references and digital basis for research and development of new models. The normalization of benchmarking process and the establishment of benchmarking database are the main tasks in Chinese automobile industry at present. Based on the normalization of the benchmarking process, this paper mainly introduces the benchmarking on the vehicle static analysis, dynamic analysis and vehicle dismantling and detection, and according to the benchmarking outputs to establish the database, providing high efficient data platform for vehicle development project.
