脂肪抽吸技术历史回顾和相关器械的演变

A retrospection of the history of liposuction technique and evolution of related devices

目的 探讨脂肪抽吸技术最新进展。方法 复习脂肪抽吸技术发展的历史 ,对比研究相关解剖学研究、脂肪抽吸手术技术和相关的手术器械的发展情况。结果 负压肿胀脂肪抽吸技术已成为一个成熟的形体雕塑手术 ,近几年在欧美国家广泛开展的振动脂肪抽吸技术 ,大大减低了医生抽脂的劳动强度 ,手术创伤小 ,术后患者疼痛轻 ,恢复快。结论 振动脂肪抽吸技术较传统的脂肪抽吸技术更为安全、微创、有效、省力 。

Objective To have a study on the development of upto-date liposuction technique. Methods The history of development and related anatomic studies of liposuction technique, liposuction surgical technique and devices were reviewed. Results currently the technique by negative pressure and tumescent has grown into a matured contour shaping operation. In recent years the technique of vibroliposuction has been very popular in Europe and USA. It largely reduces the physical labor of the surgeon. It causes only minimal trauma and less pains and recovery is quick. Conclusion compared with traditional liposuction, vibroliposuction is safer, less traumatic, less physical efforts, more effective and thus it is worth to propagate in use clinically.
