摘要
中国森林公园旅游效率的平均值为0.355 7,旅游资源利用效率相对较低,在总体非技术效率中,人为可控的非技术效率占74.39%,旅游资源的配置效率不随时间的变化而变化;中国省域之间森林公园旅游效率发展不平衡,旅游效率波动幅度0.201 5,并且东部地区旅游效率相对较高,中、西部地区的森林公园旅游效率相对较低。中国森林公园旅游收入增长潜力较大,各省平均增长潜力为1 378万元,但是大多数省份是由于管理无效造成的。
The average tourism efficiency of forest parks is 0. 355 7,which indicates that it is low relatively. In the overall non-technical efficiency,the parts of control account for 74. 39%; and the efficiency of tourism resources does not vary with the change of time. The fluctuation amplitude of tourism efficiency is 0. 201 5,which means development of tourism efficiency is unbalanced among provinces.And efficiency of the eastern region is comparatively higher than the Middle and West. The revenue growth potential of forest parks is greater and the average growth potential among provinces is about13. 78 million yuan,which is due to ineffective management.
