Present situation and the enlightenment of United States Medical Licensing Examination Clinical ability assessment

本研究介绍了美国医师执照临床能力考核的发展历程、现状及特点，通过对其组织管理、内容设置、方法及形式、评价方法等进行阐述，归纳分析其优点和不足，从真实性、系统性和客观性三方面为改进和完善我国医师资格实践技能考试提供借鉴和参考。

This paper briefly introduced the development course, present situation and cnaractens- tics of United States Medical Licensing Clinical skills examination. Based on the elaboration of four key elements, namely organization and management, subjects setting, method and form, and evaluation method- ology, we analyzed the advantages and disadvantages, to provide experiences and references for improving and perfecting our country＇s Medical Licensing Clinical skills examination.
