Shadow-boxing has formed its unique ideological system of attack and defense with the integration of traditional Chinese boxing,military science,philosophy and medicine.The situation of the attack and defense of shadow-boxing includes being as good as water,avoiding the strong and attacking the weak and using artful tactics to move the enemy;posture includes momentum,condition and illusory momentum.The two core thoughts of situation and posture of the attack and defense of shadow-boxing have been deeply analyzed from the perspective of military science,which can lead to the integration of more military research achievements into Chinese boxing,continuously enrich the system of the attack and defense of shadow-boxing and provide reference for the integration of Chinese martial arts and military science.
