摘要
民族舞课间操是滇西南边境国门高校的特色校园文化之一。采用问卷调查和个别访谈相结合的方法,对滇西南边境国门高校民族舞课间操的开展情况进行调查研究,发现民族舞课间操具有提高身体素质、促进心理健康、丰富课余生活、弘扬边境文化和民族文化等积极作用。同时也存在参与形式不合理、组织有困难等不足之处。多种形式的课间操相结合、多种组织管理形式相结合是突破民族舞课间操的局限、促进边境民族地区高校特色课间操可持续发展的方向。
National dance as a class - break exercise is one of the characteristics of campus culture in the border colleges. This article adopts the method of combination of questionnaire and individual inter- view, to study the development of national dance as a class - break exercise in border colleges. It is found that national dance as a class -break exercise has a positive effect on improving the students'body quality, promoting their mental health, enriching their campus life, and promoting the border culture and the national culture. At the same time, there are such deficiencies as unreasonable participation and inef- fective organization, etc. It is advised in the paper that a national dance as a class -break exercise should be diversified in forms and managed by collaborative agents so as to develop sustainably and pros- perously.
