摘要 铜是机体必需的微量元素之一,影响体内多种代谢酶的合成和功能,但铜过量会产生毒性。有关铜代谢的研究较多见,尤其是对肝脏毒性作用的研究,但系统性总结较少见。本文以铜在体内的代谢、铜造成毒性的机制、铜负荷与肝脏疾病为纲,系统阐述了铜对肝脏超微结构、氧化应激、线粒体功能、细胞周期以及凋亡等的影响。 Copper is an essential trace element and plays an important role in the synthesis and function of many metabolic enzymes.However,it may be toxic when copper is overloaded.Numerous studies have been conducted on copper metabolism,especially the toxicity on liver;but systemic review is rare.This article is a systemic review on metabolism,mechanism of toxic effect,liver disease related to overloading of copper,and illustrates the effect of copper on liver ultra structure,oxidative stress,mitochondrial function,cell cycle and apoptosis.
