团体辅导在大学生就业指导工作中的应用研究

Research on application of group guidance in college students' career counseling

团体辅导作为一种在团体情境下进行的心理辅导形式,在当前高校心理辅导工作中得到广泛的运用并取得良好效果。当前我国高校的大学生就业指导工作已经形成了理论结合实践的良好体系,但这并不意味着就业指导课程和毕业班就业指导工作完全符合当下学生特点和时代特征。将强调人际交互、团队协作的团体辅导技术引入高等院校的就业指导工作中,可以有效地丰富指导形式,有针对性地解决大学生自我认知困惑,提升大学生就业意识,从而增强大学生的职场竞争力。

Group guidance,as a form of psychological counseling in groups,has been widely applied and achieved good outcomes in psychological counseling in colleges. Currently a sound system combining theory and practice has been developed in college students＇ career counseling; however,this does not mean that the related courses or career guidance for graduating students conform to the characteristics of contemporary students or the times. By introducing the group guidance,which emphasizes interpersonal interaction and team collaboration,into college（ and university） vocational instruction,one can effectively enrich the guidance forms,help students in their self-assessment,raise their awareness of the job market and therefore improve students＇ competitiveness in their future careers.
