Reforming laboratory management system to improve quality of scientific research and experiment teaching

针对现阶段高校科研、教学与实验室管理中存在的突出问题,燕山大学材料综合实验教学示范中心着手教学体制、管理模式与队伍建设3个方面,制定行之有效的实验室管理体系,保证科研及实验教学良性运行,已初见成效。

Aiming at the prominent problem of scientific research, experimental？teaching and laboratory management in colleges at the present stage, Material Comprehensive Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center of Yanshan University commence three aspects of teaching system, management mode and team construction and formulate effective laboratory management system, ensuring the efficient operation of the scientific research and experiment teaching, and these strategies have achieved initial success.
