The aluminum electrolysis series emergency cut-off scheme should be selected according to the power supply side and the aluminum side accident state. Planned shutdown should take full account of load transfer and halted trough material utilization. The series restoration plan should focus on technology upgrade and potential risk disposal, to strengthen secondary start electrolysis cell repair and management, and control the cost of series restoration.
